Default LeBra has arrived

bought a nose cover for my upcoming trip to myrtle beach, now i just
need to figure out how to install the damn thing.

i figured since i go to myrtle beach 1-2 times per year (will be more if i buy my condo this time) it would be worth throwing on to protect it from bugs and stone chips.

Hahaha, it's going to be a PITA to install, I have the Colgan Custom one, it is a TIGHT fit acorss the bumper, but start from the top and work your way down and across, trust me you'll know what I mean,

best advise is to lay the bra out in the sun before you install it, allow the pleather to stretch, or you can pout it on wet, go to a car wash, soak the back side and clean teh car, then install wet, it will shrink tight to the car.

thought it was going to be a pain in the a$$ just by reading the install instructions
and i did see that it was best to do it in the sun, supposed to be low 80s here this weekend so i will try it saturday, wish i had time to do it today its 96 out.

not leaving for MB for 2 weeks yet so i have a little time to get it figured out.

you will feel a burn in your knuckles like you never have before from pulling the sides around to catch the fender clips hahaha, I even got the mirror muffs with my bra.... car looks funny but definately helps.

lebra brand because they were the only company to have one left in stock
all the rest said it wouldn't ship to me until week of sept 20th if i ordered it
when i was looking 2 weeks ago.
the lebra also has the hood edge cover.

yeah I looked at there stuff, my only issue I had with Lebra is the fabric they use does tend to stay streched out over time, that's if you leave it on all seasons etc etc, had 1 that was replaced 3 times due to stitching ripping at the front spoiler area on my previous car.

I went with Colgan this time around just due to their warranty and the carbn fibre weave. I got mine through After Thoughts Auto, and had it at my door in a week.

in my case it needs to last for the trip, then gets wiped down, comes off and goes back in the box it came in until the next trip.

how does it mount in the grille area? does it just lay in there?

i also see that you dont have the front plate bracket, i used the toggle bolts to install mine to lower grille area and i guess i will have to remove it to get the cover on.
i will just toss it in the trunk until i get home and then reinstall.
stupid NJ, they have a proposed bill sitting in assembley since last year getting rid of the front plate requirement but it hasent even been voted on yet.

we don't have front plates here thank god, but the grill area has hooks that hook into the grill mesh area.
