Default Insurance rates

What are you guys paying for insurance on your Challengers (yearly)?
I live in Ohio. I am 34. Married. 3 boys under driving age. No tickets. Good credit.
I have not yet received my quote from my agent (he is on vacation til Jan 1st). I contacted his secretary just to get me covered to go pick the car up on Monday. I have a feeling I will be shopping rates on this bad boy

I got my quote today...$548/year additional for the Challenger. I was guessing it would be a bit more. That leaves more money for parts and tires!!!

If everyone will say what state and size city they live in it will help to see apples and apples. ALso if you insure more than one car you are probably getting a multi-car discount. I have ALFA insurance and pay about $850.00 a year. I live in the largest city in Alabama. I am 47 with one speeding ticket in the last five years. I do not have a multi car discount.

Not only where you live, but deductables and coverage can also affect your rates big time. You can't really compare cost unless you know all these things.

You guys are lucky. I just got done setting my insurance up for Germany. I'm also using USAA. My annual premium is $2,200. I opted for a $500 deductible. I'm 31, single w/ a clean record.

Oh well, I guess it will be worth it to get my bad boy out on the Autobahn. Big Red arrived in Germany today. I should have it in my possession by the 5th of January!

Hopefully, the Customs guys don't take it out for too many test runs.

I'm glad to hear it's just around the corner Bro. I can't wait to hear about THE GRIN and what it's like to open her open on the Autobahn. Man, what an experience you are gonna have to tell us all about. Great news Bro, just great news!!!

I live in Jersey near Camden, the insurance carrier's dream come true. I m 33 with 3 kids all under driving age, homeowner, with 2 Dodges already on the policy and the Challenger raised it about 1600 a year full coverage with $500 deductible. Apparently they have me down as having an SRT as opposed to an R/T since their system has not caught up to the real world. Save 15% in 15 mins my ass. Gotta love the little lizard tho!
