If you want HID's save your money for about $150-$200 you can get a quality products from Xenon Expert and Dabears2K. I have thread going on the subject of bulbs to find out what size bulb type is on the Challenger. CLICK HERE
The brochure doesn't do justice for the color types available. You have to see the colors in person to appreciate the quality.
If you use HID's with the stock reflectors, you'll blind oncoming traffic, please don't do this. HID's are meant to be used with projectors.

RoswellGrey,
that does look killer in White!
good job!

so are all these stripes packages just decals including the Hood to Fender Stripes?
if so, are the possible to take off if you get sick of them?

I used to remove stripes with a very low setting propane torch at a paintshop and it worked like a charm. Need to be careful to heat only the stripe and not to stay in place too long though. i.e. no long glue flashbacks [sm=outcold.gif] Your stripes will be medium rare and on the floor in no time. Works for these dealership stickers also.

nice, well maybe I'll order those hood fender stripes if they can be taken off later on if i'm not digging them or get sick of them and decide to go with something else later on.

congrats Roswell!

just talked to my dealer about getting a R/T 09 and he's talking Novemberish if I special order it.
maybe it's a better idea just to wait till one to shows up on a lot instead after all.........hmmmmmm

I AGREE!

ORIGINAL: RoswellGrey

White is one of the only two true Challenger colors. Plum Crazy is the other.

If I had not already gotten the 1970-style badges for my car, I would get this stripe package. It would look fantastic on a white Challenger.

I did not like the R/T stripes at first but they are starting to look better and better ...
Also, the lighter colors almost NEED something to break up the color. As big as the Challenger is, that is a lot of territory for the monochrome look.

Albeeno,
where did you take a photo of that R/T?
is it's a production one?
looks killer and almost exactly what I want.
did you feel that the white was pure white or a bit creamy?
I looked at Stone White Chargers today and they look yellowish next to pure white cars.........8(
I hope they tweaked that paint a bit for the Challenger.

I can't do a dark color, I live in the San Fernando Valley and it's blazing hot out here.
and dark cars get too much L.A. Dust on them and look dirty way before light colored cars so white is the best way to go I think.

RoswellGrey, I also feel that something needs to break up all that white.
I might go with the side stripes from Rider Graphix to do that, but I'm starting to dig these stock strips now.
could use some strips in the lower back part of the doors too!
plus a Black Go Wing will be a must to also break up all that white

BTW......I sat in a Silver 08 today.......wow!! that front end is big, feels like my old 74 Monte Carlo.....heheh

I agree. In the lighter colors, this car begs for some contrast. Thats why I like the SRT stripes and the black spoiler. Oh and IMHO if you cant see the hood from the front seat, it aint a true muscle car!

P.S. Ive been looking for a chance to use this smiley, and after all this time, still no luck. Sooo... Here it is anyway!
