'Damaged Key' message - won't start

I have an 08' SRT8 and went to start it last saturday and key fobs did not work. when I push the start button, I get an error message that says 'Damaged Key'. Battery was dead, tried to boost, still...

Hurst Shifter

Has anyone installed the new Hurst Comp Stick Kit for thier 5speed auto? It looks pretty cool. Just wondering if it's an easy install???

Thanks for the suggestions. I think it's below 4 volts so won't charge. I boosted it today but it took a few mins and had to keep revs up on the boosting car. Also would stall out when disconecting...
