If it is sold by Mopar performance it "could" void the warranty. The CAI wont void it, but if you bought the new super charger coming out.... Chances are you void warranty. Many parts will be labled...

Inertia MotorSports is doing alot with the 3.5L as far as mods, and Moe's Performance is another great place. Both are well known vendors
