clunck on backing out of parking spot

Ok this has started to happen often on backing outof a parking spot (either direction) when the tire is turned fully there is a lowd clunk and it feels like I ran over somthing, something binding?...

I went to advance and it cost $67 for 7 quarts and filter , Had my friends shop do the change $15 my first oil change at dealer was $115, so either way $70 or less not bad

I went to turn the radio on and nothing, everything worked except the volume nothing after about ten minets I stoped to get something turned the car off when restarted every thing worked fine...

I have 9500 miles live on a bumpy road the headliner is very lose and floppy the dash rattle seems to be between the plastic lense and surround..... any one else have any rattles

I live in a rural area and the local cops are a pritty good bunch of bubbas, They have looked over my car all smiles (not saying a word about no front plate :) ) I havnt passed any at over 70...

only a tinny bit like backing out of a parking space , waiting for it to go throught the gear change then Im off......pulling into the garage... we all hit 5mph right before we put it in...
