It really is crazy when you think about it. 10 grand for half a car. I passed on a 71 convertable for $4500 about 8 years ago that needed total resto.

They have a pretty good selection with specs and explanations.

From what I have seen in the shop I work at, the TTI's are the best fitting but as said before, fairly expensive, but you get what you pay for.
I have ceramic coated hooker super comp's on my 440...

your convertor should be matched to your cam and rear gears. you'll cook the trans with a 5000 on the street.

i would say, look to pay anywhere between 500 and 700 depending on what is included, such as pulleys,
accesories like p/s pump and brackets, etc.
