So many are simply wild about this car. But why do we like it? List some of the things that make the Challenger so appealing to you.

RE: Why do we like the Challenger?
I’ll answer my own post.
1. Styling. I just love the over all muscular, pony car look.
2. 6.1 or 6.4 Hemi. Enough said.
3. 6 speed. To me, a performance car must have a stick.
4. Sound. The sound tracks I have heard from this thing is the sound of a beast.
5. Heritage. Know as the bad kid on the block.
Your turn.

RE: Why do we like the Challenger?
1. Exterior Styling. The lines are bold and very retro. The car says power when it's standing still.
2. It is delivered with a true high performance engine. Saves me money in aftermarket products.
3. Interior stying. The design was done with a driver focus. Also, it looks like it's ready to kick some ***.
4. The sound brings back fond memories of my fathers Road Runner, My Uncle's GTX, my cousin's Duster and that bad *** Cuda my neighbor. I was to young to even drive then.
5. It gives me an opportunity to own the kind of car I've been trying to build for far too many years.
6. I know it will make heads turn and we all want that!!

RE: Why do we like the Challenger?
For me it is
1. The styling: the looks are very hot
2. The class: the size of this car is neither too large or too small
3. The interior design: it looks so unique, so classical, yet so modern
4. The 6.1L or possible 6.4L: knowing how much power the 6.1L really produces makes it a sleeper, the 6.4L would make it even more extreme
5. The Reputation: the car would demand respect from Mustang and Camaro owners
6. The Heritage: having the short lived class pony car that kicked the other two manufactures behinds in performance
7. The manufacture: I do favor Dodge, and I'm loyal to them
8. The Image: this car makes a personality statement. "I've got a 370 cubic inch, 6.1L HEMI V8. They rated me at 425hp & 420ft-lbs of tq, but we all know I produce more than that. I'm backed by a T-56 Tremec manual, one of the most durable performance car transmissions in the world. So you have to ask your self. Do you feel lucky, punk!?"
9. The Sound: I do enjoy the mean sounding temper this car has.
