Hello all,

Just wanted to introduce myself. I am a genuine Mopar fanatic and have been since I can remember. I currently have a 1970 Plymouth 'Cuda 440 Six Barrel 4-speed with 17,000 original miles, all matching numbers and completely restored OEM. Like many of you, I'm looking forward to going down to my local Dodge dealer and ordering a new Dodge Challenger SRT-8 as soon as possible. Looking forward to enjoying the new Dodge Challenger community.

Yes, jdb840, that is a Supra turbo in the background. 1993.5 Supra twin turbo hardtop 6-speed w/35,000 original miles.

VERY NICE..... welcome to the site, from a fellow Mopar fanatic. Did the car need to be restored with 17K orig miles? I have a friend nearby who has an original U-code 70 4-speed as well.... with original paint! Let me know if you'd like to see some pics of it.

Actually yes, it required a complete restoration. When my father and I purchased the car, the previous owner had already performed the teardown and had every single part of the car disassembled. Then, hhe previous owner got married, had kids, etc. and the car was never put back together for nearly 8 years. Then we purchased it and took it from there. Boy, what a job! Everything was there luckily, just all disassembled.

Note, this is not a fresh restoration. The car was completed back in 1998 so the restoration is nearly 10 years old now.
