Default XV Motorsports Sub-frame connectors

Has anyone put these sub-frame connectors on their Challenger. I ordered them and now have ripped my complete interior out as they need to be welded in. They are supposed to be laser cut but they aren't fitting just quite right on my 1970 Dodge Challenger Convertible. In addition, on the right side of the car the fuel lines (my car is California) are coming almost right in the way of where the line up points are for the sub-frame connector.
FYI: I also ordered the engine brace but it will NOT FIT in a Factory Air Conditioned Challenger. XV took it back and also gave me credit for my shipping back to them which was nice.
My current suspension is: new leafs, Rear Sway bar, KYB's all around and the biggest torsion bars money could buy up front. The torsion bars were the most noticeable of my upgrades. I am Waiting for the install of the sub-frame connectors to see if I still need to put a front sway on to really stiffen up my baby. She rides on Dunlop GT Qualifiers on 15x7 Rallye rims without trim rings. She is NOT a trailer queen and I am the second owner of this original California 318-2V with FULL POWER.
Thanks for any info you can give to me
