but what if Dodge is hiding something?? What if the horsepower at the crank is the same as the Hemi Ram for '09???
It's possible they could just be makeing up smaller numbers to help the sales of the 6.1...
I guess it's conspiricay theory stuff but... Dodge has under-rated hp many times before...

if you ask me it was a waste of alot of money for 20hp lol the dyno and tune cost me 1,400 the exhaust was another 1,000 the cai was 375 throttle body spacer was 120 so 3k for 20hp?

I need to learn something new here.....

How did you get flywheel numbers from a Chassis dyno? Perhaps the tuner was guessing.....

Lastly, I see 21 percent parasitic loss on your reported numbers. That is a bit much on the stock converter pushing less then 500 HP.

By my calculation I only see 425.17 HP at the crank, assuming a 17% loss.

My KB Mach one has 605rwhp and weights 3550lbs with 1/2 tank of gas and my lard butkus in it. That is what I was posting about Just a little late on the draw. That will happen when you get to be over 50.
