Took the R/T from SC to NH and back, putting on about 2000 miles. I was impressed with how good it was on gas! As long as you kept it in 6th gear it was very good. I really thought it was going to be horrible. I didnt record numbers but I only filled up 3 times on the way up! I never saw another Challenger the whole trip! Used the nav system which got me lost in the Bronx, that was hairy! But aside from a lot of bugs to clean, the car ran amazing and just got tons of rubber necking and thumbs ups everywhere. Oh I finally heard my Corsa system from outside the car, my wife dropped me off at a friends and romped on it a bit-UNREAL. It sounds totally different when you're in the car. It sounds killer! I highly recommend this sytem. Anyway what can you say , the R/T is the coolest new American car on the road period!

Glad you enjoyed your trip...I took a long trip shortly after purchasing mine...loved it...would never have enjoyed the same trip with my one 70 Challenger. Like I've often said, The new Challenger is a great cruiser.....this were it's 4000+ pounds are an advantage.....
