Do you think they will ever offer aqua blue (teal) as a choice? I want that color, and would add white Le Mans stripes (rally stripes).

Probably not at first, but maybe in the 2nd year. White, Orange, purple, black, lime green, etc. will certainly come first.

I want Plum Crazy with white decals and interior. If no white interior offered, than it's Sub Lime with black decals and interior.

The trouble with a white interior is keeping it clean. Give me Plum Crazy with a black interior. Actually, they should bring back vinyl tops, too. My Plum Crazy '70 originally had a black vinyl top. When new, that looked cool.

I was thinking about painting the top black, all the way down to the pillars.

Here are a couple of examples. I would go with black interior though. [IMG][/IMG]

I'd love a white interior! When I was a kid growing up in the 70's, my aunt had a Plum Crazy Dart with a white int. and white bumble bee tail stripe. I can still see her pulling out of my grandmothers driveway on Sun. night heading home after her weekly visit, leaving two strips of smokin' black rubber as she blazed off into the sunset. The car was a 4-speed,but no one seems to remember what size motor it had.

Blk tops , you mean those god awful landau tops, uhh . Let dead dogs lie.

How about a CF roof, now that would be cool.

Nah, I meant actual paint on the roof, but I think a cf roof would be interesting.

Not a landau top. Those only looked good on '72-'76 Caddy Coup de Villes, and then only if you also had a silver swan with colored plastic wings that lit up as a hood ornament. No. A regular vinyl top -- not padded. and one that covers the entire roof and extends down the pillars. Amazingly, I recently saw a 2001 Mustang with one, which made me wonder if the car had been rolled. That used to be a favorite -- and cheap -- restoration trick back in the '70s.
