Rear plate frame

Just curious if anyone had anything cool mopar wise. Seen the ones at Chrysler made of brass and also kind of like this one https://www.security-order.com/mcg/plate.html
But was still looking for the one that seemed the natural. Plus not to mention one that wont rub paint on the back. My car should be here next month and feel like Im holding my breath till then.

Awaiting a 09 R/T 6 speed fully loaded in black at C status through Timberline Dodge Portland OR on 6/20 that will sport a "I get mine from Direct Connection" rear plate frame.

Already have the CAI, planning on a 90MM throttle body and 3M ScotchGard paint protection. Will look good sitting next to the 70 Roadrunner Coupe 71K miles purchased new by my father, sporting the same rear plate frame.

Rubberbandman, how about a W WA Challenger Club? Well, that is if you are like me, suspicious of any club that would stoop so low as to have me as a member.......

RE: Rear plate frame

You might want to rethink the 90 mm throttle body. I was going to install one also but have found out from a Chrysler mechanic that they have been having issues with the 90mm as it is putting too much air into the motor. They have tried to retune the electronics to take advantage of it but it threw a lot of the other timings so far out the motor was stumbling over itself. Dodge now has an 85 that is working real well with the 5.7 and 6.1 that gives the extra power and is within the onboard electronics to handle. They (mechanics) are recommending the 85 for the Challenger. I already have mine on order.
