The dealership "hit list"

(Mods... If there is a more appropriate place for this, please move it.)

According to MSNBC, this is the complete list of Chrysler dealers that are being cut loose by the mother ship.

I called my dealer and they stated it was preliminary list. They claim they may not close. They are also the same people telling me my Challenger will still be built.

sigh

so if your dodge is on the list can you expect a very reasonable price or are they going to mark them up again for there own compensation? OR will they just try to sell remanding challengers/other vehicles to other dealers not effected by the closure!?!?

i wonder if it is just a pre list... my dodge isn't on there and they've always ordered in more than they can sell. very shady dealership!!

Wow, According to their web site they have 10 Challengers.

The dealership I am working with is not doing much on trying to move the challengers. they have 6 and didnt offer me anything better than what I would get with my chrysler alliance control number anyway. About 3k off the sticker.

HEMI04 05-23-2009 11:47 AM

is the 3k off the rebate/incentive that msnbc and edmunds mentioned for ALL dodge models???

when they liquidate it's pretty much first come first serve right or is it a mini auction??? haha you couldn't call in to "hold" one for you???

09ChallengerRT 05-24-2009 10:08 AM

I think its a first come first serve...although they might hold one for you as long as you take delivery by the 9th.

HEMI04 05-24-2009 12:22 PM

is it true it's also cash only!?!?
