Looks like the 6.4 Hemi is coming afterall

From the Jalopnik:

While talking about the 2011 Grand Cherokee SRT-8, they included the following:
(Would love to see how Dodge is going to "refresh" the Challenger)

"The biggest news we've received is the high-po Jeep will receive the 6.4-liter 392 HEMI V8 with anywhere between 505-525 tire burning horsepower and roughly 510 ft-lbs of torque, all driven through a revised AWD system. The 392 HEMI has also been rumored to show up in other 2010 SRT8 models, but we're guessing it'll arrive first in the mid-cycle refresh for both the Challenger and Charger in 2011".

I had heard they had been having problems with it for a while, but it sounds like it may still happen for the Challenger.

I do not know how true this is. But it would be the shot heard around main street. Talk about a hook, line and sinker.

I hope it happens, but as my physics teacher would say, "possible but not probable."

Normally I would have agreed based on the current climate, except they have been working on it for several years trying to work out the kinks.
My guess is they finally fixed them all.

still speculation, based on current trends from the Capitol on tighter EPA restrictions I dont see cars going past 500 hp after 2010, without getting insane gas mileage AKA flux capacitor.

Count me in on "back to the future". Everything old is new again.
