Russo and Steele Auto Auction in Scottsdale
 

Members of The Mopars Unlimited of Arizona Car Club will be guests of the Russo Steele Auto Auction on January 24th (Mopar Day). We will be displaying our Mopars in front of their entrance again this year...It's really neat as everyone attending will have to pass by our cars before entering...
This is a great opportunity to showoff our cars while we are inside bidding on our next dream
car.....(only in my dreams!)
Not as big as the Barrett Jackson Auction, but a lot of fun...and a lot of really nice cars going over the block....

Last night (22nd) the Russo and Steele Auction lost a tent covering some of the cars that were there for sale…..in addition to a large portion of their main tent. Portions of these tents landed on the freeway that runs right by, closing the freeway for some time. From what I hear only one person was injured and not that bad…..VERY LUCKY. As for the cars…I hear some were damaged…..but the extent of damage has not been released. I passed by the area after leaving the Barrett Jackson Auction….the main tent had a huge section flapping in the wind……….Our weather that evening was crazy with driving rain...high winds...and as a bonus...a tornado warning! Welcome to sunny Arizona.....
