if you look at wikipedia's hemi page, it claims there is a 6.6 L hemi in development for the challenger, not sure if its true or not, but I can dream [8D]

RE: wikipedia

ive also heard rumors of a 7.1L, but there is no substantial proof of either as of right now.

keep in mind where wikipedia gets their "Articles"...they are written by anyone who wishes to take the time to write one. I have written one myself on the mirada. Much like other 'sources', wikipedia's information isnt always reliable.

RE: wikipedia

Wikipedia is not the best outlet for a source. I will use them sometimes but I always state that you have to take their info with a mountain of salt. On some issues they keep changing things around over and over again. Some of their hp and tq numbers are inaccurate on some cars such as the late 90s Taurus.

i think that wiki does a great job of leading people in the right direction, but whenever i use any info there as factual, i always get a second source.

RE: wikipedia

Very true, I'm just saying that if someone uses them, they should remember that not all the info is guaranteed to be correct 100% of the time. They aren't intentionally misleading, they just have a few facts wrong some times. Your right that a second source should (preferably a more established source should be chosen). They are good about listing the source for their information which can help you find what you're looking for.

Don't get me wrong I'm not saying they are terrible, I'm just saying that one shouldn't put in an unquestioned faith in what they are saying because some of their articles on one topic will change over and over again each time you go there. The nice thing is they are one of the most user friendly sites when it comes to just wanting some simple facts. You are almost guaranteed to find something about the subject which doesn't always happen on search engines.

RE: wikipedia

depending where you live..everything is street legal...in michigan, there is no type of state safety or emissions inspection..so everything is legal.

From what I understand, it is stated on the sight that the supercharged 540 isn't street legal.
