Who has tried to blow the horn
They must have designed the steering wheel horn button for the Gorilla that put the oil filter and my lug nut's on . You really have to have some muscle to get it to blow . My wife say it is the same in her 06 300C also. Or maybe it is just me . All you had to do was look at the button hard in my 06 MX-5 GT I traded in . A light touch was all it need .

As for the gorilla that installed the factory oil filter, I think they installed it without lubing the seal with motor oil when installing the filter. If anyone changes their own oil, make sure the filter seal comes off when removing tha factory filter. Mine stayed on the engine but luckily I made a point to check for it.
By the way, the factory filter on my 5.7 L HEMI Jeep Commander was the same. First one really tough to get off.

I had to laugh when I though about this topic for a bit. No, I haven't blown the horn in the Challenger. Even worse, I haven't blown the horn in my Mustang, either. And I've had the Ford since 2000.

RE: Who has tried to blow the horn
I've tried to blow the horn for different reason's. I had a 06 MX-5 GT 6mt before the Challenger . I put a Italian electric air horn on it . A 18 wheeler could hear it . The factory horn didn't even rate a beep beep level. I came close to getting run over more times I can count . People just couldn't see you because of the size I guess. That air horn saved me at least 20 times. The Challenger does not have that problem. People twist their head off to get a look at it . Be it sitting still , going down the street in town or on interstate. Lot's of thumb's up out pickup truck window's. But I don't know how many have blown their horn and waved out the window. I just haven't found the sweet spot to blow the horn back to them yet. Hope I never really need the horn .

I live in San Diego and if it's one thing California is good for providing, it's people who don't signal or look when changing lanes.. so yes, I've tried hitting my horn. Key word, "tried."
Carbon's right, it's about a 40% success rate. but I'm persistent so I just keep punching the wheel until it sounds and by then I've got some innocent bystander's wondering why I'm honking at them.. haha
