Setting up Edelbrock Carb

Setting up Edelbrock Carb
Have a 440 with:
10:25 compression
Pocket ported heads
Comp cam XE274 cam
headers to 2 1/2 exhaust with flowmasters
727 auto with 2400 stall and trans-go shift kit
3.23:1 posi rear end
750 cfm Edelbrock
Engine should be around 400-425 Hp with 500-525 ft lbs of torque. Looks like I am running lean (very light tan on plugs) and I would rather run a little rich that lean. Any ideas on metering rods, jets and secondary spring to use on this set up?
Thanks in advance,
John

RE: Setting up Edelbrock Carb
Have you opened up the idle mixture screws on what you have?
You know they work the opposite of a Holley?
Excuse me if you already knew that. Just trying to help.
You might be leaning it out when you think you are richening.
You should be able to dump gas out the tailpipes with that cam/carb combo.
