Default 2008 Challengers on E-Bay

With all the Challengers on E-Bay it is obvious the 2008 is not SOLD OUT. I think you will see some 2008 sitting on the lot especially with the delay in delivery and the best bang for buck effect if should you get a 2009 R/T if you wait another 60 days or so..

Some are individuals and some are dealers, both trying to make a buck off the car. But the car is sold to the dealership or to the private party. Dodge has sold them and thats what they are using to say sold out. And if you have the cash, you too can be a proud owner. But I'm with you on the intent

They are sold out, it's just that some dealers want what the market will bear (top dollar) and are willing to wait for the right buyer. They would sell them in a heartbeat if they lowered the price to MSRP. If you don't think they are sold out try to buy one without paying a premium. You won't see them on the lot for long, once the dealers figure out what top dollar is they will adjust and sell.

It's silly to say they are not sold out, you're splitting hairs.

Sold to the public is sold. Sold to the dealer could mean sitting on a lot one day. How the heck is that splitting hairs?[&:]

Sorry to interupt this kinda pointless debate but here goes All cars had to have somebodys name on the order to count so you are both right , It is sold out all cars have some ones name on it , and Dealers most likely put bogus names on a few so they could do as they wish with them , I just talked to chrysler service the very asian/middle eastener named "Vinnie" said ALL challengers are in c or d no d1's , I,m sure Vinnie dosnt know anything more than we do....

I thinkj I would have to take the money and run! to the 09 model. Different strokes for different folks though!

$55,000.00 on line and see dealer did have actual vin #! was for sale by dealer, with limited build of 6,600 I belive on 2008 that is alot to pay to get hands on one! However as a future owner that did in fact pay a $3,500.00 premium over mspr, I sort of like the fact that and hope that when come to sell it will hold it's resale! Be nice to have something new not be worth 1/2 price a year later! Was Happy when I found out that hemi orange is not a option in 2009 for anything other than RT! If going to pay this kind of money might as well have the 6.1 under the hood! Tired of waiting give me a serial # ALSO... SOON![:@]
