After 2 years finally saw one, Houston area
It was at Allen Samuels Dodge near Reliant Stadium.
One beautiful car. We got there right at 9pm so we were the only customers around and got to sit in it, check it over top to bottom, and even start it up. Sweet ride. Orange and loaded. The only two bad things. One is the decals on the hood looked real cheap. I would rather have flat black. The other is the price. 62K, plus tax, title, and license. Dealer adjustment was 20K. |

Many dealers are using their 2008 SRT as a showroom draw. The car is more valuable to them just sitting there. After it serves its purpose, the price will come down. However, if someone offers the $20K over MSRP they will oblige and sell it now. ;)

Houston is such a big market for high performance cars, I am sure many Houstonians will own the Challenger. I was one of them back in the day.

ORIGINAL: JJMPB that car will be sitting there for a while Somebody has to be the first kid on the block to own something special, and they will pay for the privilege, so I feel the dealership will get it's 20K markup. |
