Air Filter soaked with Oil

Air Filter soaked with Oil
Yesterday I remove the stock air box, filter and hose and replaced them with Mopar Cold Air Kit. Upon removal of the stock air box, the air filter was soaked with oil and there was oil laying in the bottom of the air box. Has anybodu else run into this? I don't think this is how it should be. The duct didn't have any oil in it so I am not sure what to think. Any thoughts about this would be helpful. Thanks.

Is this an SRT-8, R/T or SE? I have'nt heard of these problems. I use a catch can on my R/T and have had no problems as of yet. I mean no problems with the car period. I am approching 30,000 miles and zero issues.

I can tell you what happened, when had the oil changed last, they filled it too fast and it went thru the breather tube into the air box. I have seen a few of these at the dealer. I dont know what the cause or solution is, but Chrysler is looking into it.
