Challenger at the Strip!

2008 Challenger SRT at the drag strip racing a 300M. Good video but the guys taking it seem like they were at the drag strip for the first time. ET and trap spped seems in line with the magazines. ;)

(Note- I posted this video here instead of "Sights and Sounds" because I was getting an internal server error. This site still has technical problems)!

That would have been cool except for it was the worst camera work I've ever seen in my life.

It's nice seeing (almost seeing with the camera swinging around as well as the commentary - should have dubbed in music).

Must of been first time using a video camera as well as being at the drag strip.

Not 10.66 thats 106.6 MPH

its 13.02 seconds

So obviously some people have taken their car to the strip already. How easy is it to do a good burnout? Looks like the guy in the video did a decent one. I've never had a car with ESP, so I'm curious how I "get around" the system so I can actually do a good burnout in the box at the strip. I do not want to look like some idiot with too much money who just bought the car and doesn't know how to drive it!

I turned off my ESP for the first time today, press the button once then press and hold for 5 seconds, and was impressed how easy the burnouts are. I bought a CAI on eBay and cannot wait to see what it adds.

I think that the video was taken with a camera phone. That explains the blurred video, but not the clueless commentators.
