I was told i wont see my car till june or july! Im really not happy. I almost have the car payed off with all the $ i put down.

Just realized I hadn't checked in two days Checked this morning D1 status as of 4/16, ship date 4/29, so that probably means i'll get it by thanksgiving lol j/k!

I officialy payed the car off today, and dealer has no clue iwhen the cars are going to be in. WOW is all i have to say.

Personally, I agree with Wallstreetman. Except for the fact that I don't like the '08 color selection --- your reduced price would also have to include a paint job. A Challenger either has to be Plum Crazy or white. ;)

I thought everyone had been kicked out of D1 and was back to D .halsflying When was the last time you checked your stautus .We had a few in D1 here but they all went back to D a few days ago .

My dealer printed out a Vehicle Status on 04-21-08 and sent it to me on a hard copy in the mail. So this was of Monday. Ordered it 12-03-07 early morning CST. Silver all options. Hope everybody else had good news Monday.

It says it's loaded on rail at Boston MI 04/26 and unloaded in BHM Al 05/01 and at my dealer 05/04.
Why it takes 3 day to get from BHM to 40 mile to my dealer I cant figure. |

its still amazing that higher vin # are being produced before the lower ones. Bluestang is 289282 & I'm 289405, something just doesn't add up. I would like an explanation.

Yeah i am really wondering why higher VINs are ahead of a lot of the lower VINs.

Maybe dodge has some big machine like power ball uses they throw all our vins in it turn the machine on and there you go or maybe they have a dart board who really knows at this point

There may be special consideration for vp"s. Today my grandson showed my a picture of John Cena in a wrestling magazine and he is supposingly getting a srt challenger. The father and son from orange county choppers was at the official reveal of the challenger so I'm sure one of them guys has one coming. I'm sure there are others. That is the only thing that makes sense other than color. You just have to know vin numbers would have to be issued in an order sequence or at least one would certainly think so.

If thats the case that higher vins are the first cars off the line, count me in for getting a single digit #.
