Default Dealer Road Trip

I ordered a 2009 Challenger SRT from Bob Frederick and plan to drive my car home when it arrives. His dealership is 370 miles from my house. All but 10 miles are interstate highway miles (i.e., 60-65 mph). I previously asked the SRT engineers if that would pose a problem and they said no, as long as I avoided wide-open throttle.

Has anyone taken a road trip to bring their car home? How did you drive it? The manual says to avoid constant speeds and to keep it under 55 mph during the break-in.

220 miles home....about 3 miles to freeway, then I did 50-60-45-80-120-60-70-50-100-80-65-...just mix it up....no constant speed.
DO NOT set cruise control. If its going to break its going to break...find out now!
Last engine I had rebuilt,Phil wanted me to take straight to freeway and run wide open....
If I wouldnt do it he would.
DRIVE IT LIKE YOU STOLE IT....it is a race car...
