Does anybody know weight of stock wheels?

I am thinking about changing mine out , they are a pain to clean . I was wondering the weight per wheel. No tire , just the rim or wheel.

All I know is that the 20" forged aluminum wheels on the Challenger SRT weigh 6 lbs. less (each) than the cast wheels. Also they, reportably, cost $600 each.

I wonder if ALCOA will end up selling more of those durabright wheels they made for Jay Lenos Challenger. (see Jay Lenos Garage) I doubt they are any lighter, but they are sure a heck of a lot easier to clean.

Might be a dumb question but, what are the pros and cons associated with casting vs. forging?

I guess, casting would be stronger?

DSkippy,
The forged wheel is by FAR better then cast. Stronger, lighter and way less chance of flaws.
