Default Drawback to a rock star car...

... I'm cruising toward downtown San Antonio this afternoon on a stretch of I-10 that's six lanes wide. I'm in the third lane from the right, and notice out of the corner of my eye that a car is running along on my left side me for quite a ways. I glance over and it's a girl driving a 99-04-model Mustang. She's gives me the thumbs up and yells, "That's a bad a** car!" I smile and yell thanks. Instead of just going on, she keeps staring at the Challenger. In doing so, she starts driving to her right, directly toward me. All kinds of traffic is to my right, so I have noplace to go. I punched it. Yes, the SE DOES outrun a 6-cylinder Mustang.

May have been the paparazzi after you RG. You might want to make sure your wearing your shades in the future. Better yet... some dark window tint. If they find out you"re from the future... watch out! Probably not the best car for you to be trying to keep a low profile with.

Isn’t life rough being the center of attention…..It’s the down side to Challenger ownership...you'll just have to live with it.......and if Dodge goes away.....there will be fewer Challengers on the road, therefore the rockstar feeling may never go away......

that story happe3ns EVERY time i get on PCH or 101. its bad.

also it reminds me of why that person has that car and why we have our cars. instead of being busy looking at other people we went out and got our own!
