Default Front End Plastic

I finally saw my first Chally and got up close and personal with it yesterday. I have to say that i was really disappointed. All the plastic in the front grill and fascia looks very cheap to me. To top it off the flip top gas cap is even plastic.

WTF? you pay this much for a car, i think they could have done a much better job.

The car looks awesome from the rear end and the interior looks great as well.

I am really hoping it grows on me and looks better on the 09 White R/T I have coming. I am really tempted to keep driving my 06 Daytona which I really like.

I would like others thoughts on this as I am REALLY disappointed today. Is it just me?[sm=boosign.gif]

I think the front end is the car's best feature! Mean Looking! I have an orange one coming in the fall. Did'nt know the fuel cap was plastic. That's disappointing.

You can squish a maget onto any material and make it stick, try a magnet!

HA I got the bug image in my mind too funny sorry my spelling sucks but that was just a missed key I think . Yes a Magnet sticks to the gas door , It is a nice addition to the car .bigger and more flush to the car than the original.

A lot of design went into the gas cap. It is definitely metal.

I have not received mine as yet, but have been up close, and under a couple already. I like the way the front was molded, and really like the fact that the entire engine compartment is enclosed from below.
