160 miles since Thanksgiving. This car will only see a few hundred miles a year. It isn't really that I'm trying not to drive it but I have to split my time amongst a few cars and bikes.

Picked mine up in June and have 1200 miles on it. I figured I would put around 2500 miles per year on it and I'm on track.

Took delivery in june and now have 1580 happy miles. Only good weather driving. I too am planning on about 2500 a year.

I have close to 625 now in just over the month that she arrived on Nov 10th. It has all been fantastic.

I for one don't miss the upstate NY winters I left 14 years ago, where I hailed from Rochester. The rain is a down and outter here in Seattle too, but on the positive side of things, it's not nearly as cold, nor hot in the summer, so rain or not in the winter, Seattle is home.

Got mine in August and it has a little over 1100 miles on it, and won't be getting many more between now and April. I put twice that on my Tahoe driving to Detroit and trailering the SRT8 back.

Picked mine up 4 weeks ago and have just under 850 miles on it and I am driving it almost every day (which isnt making my Dakota 4x4 very happy [sm=boohoo.gif] ).

Exactly 1100 miles after picking the Black Beast up 10/22.

So far, 3 people (that I have seen) have taken pictures of my Challenger, while I am driving it!

A big thumbs up, and or a serious smiley looky loo, every few miles from somebody, equally split between women and men, I might add.

At this point, I do not plan on changing one single thing-the Dodge boys hit it out of the park with the Challenger as far as I am concerned.

Well, a Billet Technologies oil catch can and front emblem are the only exceptions to the self imposed no change rule. The catch can has produced a heaping tablespoon of oil in 1100 miles-I think a smart addition, that the Dodge deleted for cost reasons.

Love Rudy's comment on heated seats under 60 degrees; here in the Pacific NW, 60 degrees is exuberant sangria deck chair sandals Jimmy Buffet time!!!

I am approaching 4000 miles. But I want to say that I really like the fact that many forum folks are putting lots of miles on their cars. I really enjoy every mile I put on and don't want to hold back for too many reasons (although I hold back for snow, salt, sand...). I am planning a road trip for next Summer. I bought my beauty for my retirement muscle car (no project cars here!). I still have 9 more years but I thought it was a good investment now. Hey, there may not even be true muscle cars available next year...

485 miles since Black Friday. This isn't my everyday driver...I drive it on the weekends and when I get the urge to (which has been often). I want to keep the miles low and I split my driving between my 01 Dakota QC 4x4 and my 04 Jetta TDI that gets 50mpg.

Just a shade over 2000 miles since mid November. Bought the car to drive all year, including through the Northern IL winters though I do have a beater pick-up for when it is calling for accumulating snow.

Which was working out until the truck decided to leak brake fluid out of the rear system somehow. I can't find any leaks now, filled the master cylinder and bled them and now it seems ok. The result was I did end up driving the Challenger in a 2-4 inch snow storm for a few days with no issues. It handled well with the stock all seasons on 20's.

Right now the challenger is sitting in my driveway covered in the latest 8 inches (and counting) snow dumping we are getting here.

905 miles - roughly 480 of which were from the trip home from Frederick CJD in Ohio.
Snow storm after stow storm in upstate NY is relegating my SRT8 to sit in the driveway, waiting for some bare pavement to get a little exercise - and a few more miles.
:(

Just picked up my Silver SRT on 12/14/09 and only have 168 miles on her... still can't get that grin off my face. Being that I am in Dallas miles in the winter will be no problem, baring any more of that dreadful sand and deicing agent on the streets. My most reliable shoe box of a Scion XB allowed me to purchase this car and keeps her in the garage when the streets are not up to the Challenger.

Congrats Robman - do you mean 12/14/08? I'm sure it is still a sweet ride - We are down I35 in Waco and have the black SRT 6spd - LOVE IT - we have just over 700 miles and it is also not an every day driver. Yesterday - so kid from the country stopped and when we tried to pass him he flagged us down and said "GOOD GOD Man" he was very impressed and tried to spin the tires and acted a little silly - we said thanks then tried to stay clear of him and his multiple burn offs as we made our way back to the main road. Many happy miles are ahead of you. She is a head turner[sm=drlove.gif]

Mine has 6 miles on it:D
Just picked it up today and hauled it home in an enclosed trailer. What a nerve-racking day behind the wheel! I left in a blizzard this morning, drove out of it, hit nasty black ice all over Detroit, then hit similar conditions around home again. I left at 4:30AM, and got home around 6:00PM. What a day! I'm just glad we are home safe without any problems or mishaps. The car is a beauty! She's cold out there in the garage, but she's clean;)

Congrats wagonmaster!! You do know that you are required by the statutes of the board to post pics and the requisite driving impressions within the first week don"t you... :D

Sorry for the crappy pics, but I don't have alot of room in the garge right now;)

As for driving impressions, I only drove it into the trailer at the dealer, and out of the trailer at home. It could be 3 months before I get any real seat time. I hate Ohio. My ancestors must have been real morons to set up home in this area!

I know how you feel NOVAWAGONMASTER... I live in central PA and my car has been in the garage since early November... [:'(] I go out and sit in it every 2 weeks to run the engine and listen to the SIRIUS stereo. I can't wait for Spring. I did put 725 miles on the car from Sept 16 until the start of November, but then I had to "pack" it away for winter!
