New Hood to Fender side stripe
 

Hi everyone. Its been awhile since I've posted anything here cause i've been very busy with the new car club , NJ MOPAR GROUP along with modding my Challenger R/T. The latest mod is a custom set of side stripes designed by yours truly and "Photo Shopped" by Tony who is the club track event manager. Take a look and post you opinion please.....Hope everyone is well......Fat Cat

That's kind of a neat idea. Reminds me of a pic someone showed of the R/T stripes connecting to the SRT stripes. The R/T stripe does seem to ask for something else to connect to it.

I like it...something different.

I like that idea, pretty cool.

Actually I hate to bust your bubble, a company called www.ridergraphix.com/Challenger.html has the same idea, see for yourself, nice graphics.

....johnereb68, not to worry you did not bust my bubble as I am the one who designed the stripe with another club member doing the computer work . Then I sent the cropped graphic picture into Ryder Graphix and asked if they could custom make it for me. They did and I paid for the first set and while ordering it they asked me if they could put it on their website and offer them for sale. I ,of course said yes and that how they came about. Only thing I forgot to ask for residuals.....thats my mistake .....but I don't really mind because I KNOW HOW IT CAME ABOUT......Oh and one other thing .....IMO THEY LOOK GREAT ON MY HEMI ORANGE CHALLENGER R/T with Black hood to fender to side stripes!!.......Fat Cat C:\Documents and Settings\Wayne Boyd\My Documents\My Pictures\2nd Side Stripe picture

Those are nice stripes and they are new and yet somehow retro. Kinda like our Challengers. Great job fatcat.

I hate to be the dissenting vote, but I personally don't care for them. The hood stripe looks okay by itself and the side R/T stripe looks great, but it seems a little too much to make them one continuous stripe.

Cuda 340, its totally ok with me if you don't like it cause thats what America is all about...freedom to chose....I just want to make sure that you know those side stripes do NOT connect to the hood stripe at all......I have a Challenger R/T with the original hood to fender stripes which they call the " Sargent " stripes. I removed those intirely and installed theses stripes on the side that come dome just from the top of the front fenders not the hood. Hope you understand what I'm saying. You still don't have to like them.....I love them and thats all that counts to me ....Take care and thanks for your opinion, .....Fat Cat
