I have been watching the prices of 2008 srt8's in the Metro Detroit area since the first deliveries this Summer. I called and visited several dealers and was discouraged by the 5 to 25k markups. In the past week I have noticed many dealers with more than 10 srt8's on their lot. I made a few calls and most are still holding out for 2k over msrp. I believe the prices are going to come down immediately after Labor Day. With the SE's on the lot and RT's coming shortly, I think the dealers will loosen up and get rid of the 2008's before Winter hits. For all of you who have waited patiently for the price to drop the time to strike is about a week away. At least in the cold weather states, the dealer's advantage is over.

I searched their inventory but I am not a fan of that dealership. They tried to hose me when I bought my ram. They have 8 available I think.

 

I have seen some black with no options I think. On the dodge website search for dealers in zip code 48047. Maybe you will find the car you are looking for. This is Metro Detroit.

 

ha that's pretty good.. yeah so limited right??? lol... 1800 serious?? That's funny I was so bored being stuck in the house last night (tropical storm fay) that I almost convinced myself I was going to buy an SRT Charger saw several with less than 20k miles for about 26k and change. And I wasn't looking for silver Inferno or Black. But in the end the dang thing has really grown on me. But now off to auto-trader again...
