One year ago today ...
I got my '09. After 365 days and having rolled up an incredible 2,684 miles, I'm STILL amazed at the reaction it gets. Last night, my wife and I took it to dinner, and when we were leaving the eatery, a guy pulls up alongside, wanting to know if it was a 2010 model (the Ridergraphix strobe stripes on the sides threw him). Although I haven't seen anyone taking pics of it like when I first had the car, the Challenger still gets plenty of looks and "thumbs up" gestures.
Oh ... interestingly, I pulled into a rather large Exxon station a couple of weeks ago, and a guy working there thought at first that it was a '70 model. He'd noticed the script Challenger badge I'd put on the fender as I passed by the window, but the pump I pulled up at was a little difficult for him to see. So within two weeks, it's been identified as everything from the oldest to the newest model.

Man oh man RG, that's when you blasted past us in our "old buggies", yet I hadn't even gotten my '08 at that point. I too am nearing a year, and I thought my miles were limited at 3603, but you have me beat, hehehehe! I'm glad you're still enjoying your ride, as I am here!

Cool. I only have 700 miles on mine. It's funny, I have been asked several times by strangers, What Year Is that Car ? And they always seem surprised when I tell em it's a 2009, New Car. Blows em away. Still got plenty of tread on rear.
