2009 RT LSD?
Will it have an LSD or no? If not it better be an option, because I dislike 1 wheeled wonders with a passion. And SRT8 will be way beyond my price range, even in 2009/2010.

If you get the R/T with a manual transmission, you will get the "Trak Pak" which includes, among other things, "anti-spin differential" and "ESC Shutoff switch." Same goes for the '09 SRT. This info comes from the "buyer's guide" PDF that was posted here previously.
