Default Recent prices paid R/T/SRT - MSRP, Invoice, I+500?

I've started to shop hard, whats everybody paying for an ordered R/T or '09 SRT? With the current economy, I imagine these prices will be all over the place over the next few months.

Thanks!

Under invoice? Did you have compromising pictures of the dealer?

Paying right on MSRP plus taxes etc. Tried for a split between Invoice and MSRP but they werent going for it as they had 3 08 SRT's all for 55K on the showroom floor while I was trying to wrangle prices. So, I feel lucky for MSRP.

$750.00 over invoice. I knew it could get better but I was happy at that.

On my first order in early July on an R/T auto best I could get locally was MSRP (from different dealers).

But now after the 1st one arrived & they banged it up getting it off the carrier, I've renegotiated and both dealers ended up willing to reorder me a newone for MSRP - $1000.

Couldn't believe when I saw how dealers had "Market Adjustment" stickers of 2,000.00+ on the V-6 models!
But, glad to see people getting good deals, at or even below MSRP. The more Challengers they make the longer the model will be built, and not all Challengers can be SRT8s or even RTs.

I saw $5k over sticker for an SE in San Antonio a few weeks ago and saw a $20k markup at a south Austin Dealer for an auto R/T.

Another dealer in north Austin had the same Auto R/T (actually two of them) for sticker.

Another dealer in Georgetown added a $500 tint job, $1995 interior and exterior Chrysler enhancement and a $1000 markup.

I asked who pays for a $500 tint job and what exactly is the $2k for the Chrysler enhancement. I never got a full explanation of that so I just shrugged and left.

Do these dealers think we are that stupid or desperate? Not me!!
