RT built right? interested?

I cannot give specifics because I'm not quite a supporter yet but would the Challenger community be interested in a 3 stage "dealer offered" performance based RT? We are working with Dodge now and will have a ********* Edition built to our specs with a special hood, spoiler, Delete package avalible through my shop for weight, wheel options beyond the Dodge offerings, suspension and brake upgrades, and if you want the Vortech S/C package thrown in for good measure in my shop.

Well what would you all feel about having these options from Dodge and one of the largert dealers in the country?

Sounds promising, but would need more detail.

may be if it was against the SRT platform instead of the lesser RT model.

I dont get it?

the 5.7 is what most modders buy. For the price it is amazing. And with 3 stage setups It can go beyond the srt8 and if you did that to the srt8 it would be way overpriced. The srt8 already has the full package for people who want the full package. For those wanting their personal preference in mods the 5.7 is the way to go.

The SRT would be nice but in the end would price itself out for most. If we order 30-40 cars at a pop we need to build them to compete with the SRT at a a similar price point with option you have control over.

Sorry stupid question time: what are stages, what is stage one, two and three? What would the car cost MSRP and Crazy Eddie markup?

My question is about the RT warranty. I am asuming the 2009 RT will have a lifetime powertrain warranty from Dodge. How will your stage kits, specifically the supercharger, affect that warranty? Thanks.

See this kind of goes back to my and a few others point. Why buy the cheaper car (RT) and then spend a bundle to get it up the SRT level? Makes no sense to me. Sure you may make it YOUR way, but look at what you will pay for YOUR way. To each their own, no disprespect intended but its silly if you ask me. If it cost, then but the SE and sink a ton of money in to it and get it up to the SRT level, same thing.
