Has anyone looked into getting a shaker hood for their 2008 Challenger?

 

i havent looked into it but i already have it planned. plenty of charger owners have them already and have how to post on the charger forums so go check that forum out its very helpfull on finding and installing them.

 

I think the shaker on this car will require a new hood. The shaker with the current induction opennings probably will not work and it will look stupid.

 

yea of course i thought that was general but thats one thing you have to do get a new flat hood

 

I wouldn't even consider cutting up the original hood. Before i would even consider cutting anything up, it would have to be aftermarket so that I could put the original back on later. With the current gas prices and the possibility of having Obama as the next president, these cars might have a shorter life span than they had back in the 70s.

 

no way was i thinking of cutting up the hood, i was evev thinking of ordering extra front quarter pannels so i could put some gills on the car and not tear up the origional.

 

We have a Flat Hood / Shaker combo that will be part of our "Cuda Package", but will also be sold individually.
