VINWIN question

VINWIN has had my car in cleveland on a rail car for the last 3 days with Bad Order under routing status. Does anyone know what that means? I'm afraid something bad has happened.

When I worked for the RR centurys ago, Bad Order meant That there was something wrong with the railcar and it had to be fixed before it moved on. Just a thought.
