hello, newbie here
hey guys
I recently acquired a 72 dodge challenger with a 318 and a 3spd auto. I am new to the muscle scene...owning tuners all my life, but I figured id try something newer.
This challenger needs a rebuild very badly. It has been sitting under a pine tree for 10 years and it rotting bad in some places. It was put there in running condition, but now has a interior ripped up and a roted floor fulla holes.
I would like to fix it up and get it running in the next few years and understand its gonna take a while to get it there. Ive got limited money, but im in no rush.
im a bit of a newb to this scene still, so bear with me and my dumb questions.
arright
thnx a million guys

Good luck with the resto!! I would think the hardest part and most expensive in my opinion would be replacing all of the body parts. Make sure you have the frame and rails checked out. The best thing is these cars are a lot easier to work on than most newer cars.
Welcome to the club! Don't hestiate to ask any questions. The only dumb question is the one not asked

Welcome to the site, iwantmopie! When you want to ask questions about your 72 dodge challenger, feel free to post over in the 1970-1074 threads where you can get more specific advice from others whom are also into rebuilding their classic cars.
