I first saw the new Challenger two days ago on the net. It was love at first site. I'm retired military and have been waiting for this car since my father had a 1969 Road Runner, my uncle had a 1970 GTX and my cousin had a 1972 Duster. I was all of 15, 16 and 17 at the time.

If, WHEN this car hits the street I'm a customer. You can take that to the bacnk!!

 

i, too, will be in the market for a new car around 2007/2008, which is the predicted time, but i am concerned with "bugs" like the small things that were wrong with the first new mustangs...also, we would like to avoid the huge price hike that will come with getting one of the first model year challengers...i dont want to have the first one..i just want to have one..

It would be nice if those Germans had influence over the quality for the car. We all know that they build a high quality automobile. What do you folks think?

 

oh..i understand getting caught up in the moment. when we got into the autoshow on the industry day, on wednesday, i knew that the car would look cool, but it was awe-inspiring. the car glows, and it is simply amazing...we didnt move from that exhibit for a good half hour, and of the 500 or so pictures that i took at the auto show, about 160 of them were just of the challenger, including my somewhat exclusive interior shots...
