I ordered a 2008 challenger on 3/1/08 with a 5k deposit that went in as a build with a signed purchase agreement. I talked to my manager at (Milford Chrysler in Pa.) and he said sorry we didn't get your car. They are giving the deposit back but only because they are making more money on it from somebody else. This sux I really wanted this car! I've been on every forum for months on this car I was really excited. Good luck to everybody that received one I envy you! I hate non ethical dealers (scum).

 

Take them to court...I see Class action in near future. Get lawyer, post in forums and get as many people as possible to challenge the Challenger whores.

 

Call Chrysler and report them!

I can give you info on two dlrs in my area that have them on the lot for MSRP !!! granted you will be driving to S Fla

 

Get in touch with your local BBB, contact the local TV channel and Newspaper, create a sign and stand out in front of thier lot with it or pay some $50 to do it for a day and call Chrysler.

There is a dealer here in the Cleveland Ohio area that has 2 right now if you are interested....one is Hemi Orange, the other Black....Ganley Dodge in Bedford Ohio....great people to work with!

 

Wait them out... Local dealer wasn't very helpful, I want to Boston for mine and saved money over local adjusted market price.

 

Auto trader and EBAY, you can find one trust me.Might cost $200 in air fare but beats 15k markup.
