Hi all,

On Monday heading to the dealer to hopefully purchase my first Challenger R/T. The only 2010's available on lot's with the options I want are white, or silver. I'm leaning towards the white. I'm really not into moding the car, just looking for a nice highway cruiser with some get up and go.

I had ordered an 11 Mustang but Ford played too many games and I canceled. I forgot all about the Challenger until yesterday, if I had remembered I wouldn't have bothered with the stang. I guess it's because I don't see any around here in the Bronx, NY.

Any advice before i head off to the dealer on Mon. would be appreciated. I found the link to the lifetime warranty. I can't think of anything else at the moment.

Wish me luck!

Was at the dealer yesterday and I pick up my white R/T with the hood to fender stripes next Mon. I can't wait for the 85 mile drive home. They had a blue one but with black R/T stripes and an orange one with the appearance package for $3,000 more. The black on blue didn't do it for me, white on blue would have and I couldn't see spending $3,000 for a hood scope and spoiler.

Picked her up today and drove her the 85 miles home. This is one sweet ride on the highway, only got it up to 80 due to bad weather here in NY. @4 more days till my roadtrip to Maine, a nice 560 mile trip.

Gotta go read my manual and figure out what stereo I'm going to put into it. Should I go with a MoPar upgrade or build one on Crutchfield. I also have to look at putting in the U-Connect. So much to do, so little money.

I have a little over 200 on it now, picked it up with 116 on it. Driving in the NYC area you have no choice but to vary speed with the way people drive.
