Default The. wait. is. crushing. me.

Finally joined after much lurking. So much good information and discussion I figured it'd be a crime not to join.

I just sold my ride actually....a 1972 Nova. The wife said ONE muscle car, so the upcoming RT (black, of course!!!!) is the one.

I don't know what else I'm supposed to spit here, so I'll leave it at that. Oh yeah, I'm really, really, really hoping the RT sells at about 32,000 or less, base MSRP. I await some official word on that with great anticipation. I've got exactly 40K to spend, and I want some money left for aftermarket shennanigans.

Welcome aboard but hang in there and be patient. It is definitely worth it. I saw it in person and took over a thousand pics.

Sunday afternoon, my wife, grandson (8yo) and I went ot Kmart. While browsing around I came across (2) Revel models, (1) mango orange 70 TA Challenger and the other top banana 70 AAR Cuda. So guess what, I bought them both, tube of glue and gloss orange paint. The challenger frame, chasis and body was finished painting tonight. I need to purchase some flat black paint spray, also a couple of small bottles of gold, gloss black, flat white and gloss red to color as original. Haven't decided what color for the cuda yet. Probably red. I will probably complete the model before I get my challenger. I haven't built a model in many a year, but I do build a nice model. I will post a pic when complete.

I always wanted to make good models but I don't have a lot of patience with them and I usually don't do a very good job with them. Maybe I'll try again when I retire.
