Did the forums get a face lift? LOL looks different! where's the smilies?;) and what happened to my Avatar?

OK it says in my user CP that Avatars need to be 80X80? are you kidding me? that's practically micrscopic! Now, in the How to post an Avatar help tips, it says 145 X 145?

This is starting to look a lot like a site I'm an Administrator on very similiar to navigate.
