Question Chalk marks on my R/T

Anyone else have all the factory chalk and paint marks on the components under the hood? My R/T has damn near every piece marked with a chalked check mark, or paint dots. Green, yellow, or blue.

Mary my 2009 R/T has no such chalk marks or paint dots. Looks mark free. I wonder if yours is an early 2009 car?

MA,
I just went out and looked at mine. I cannot find any markings whatsoever. Just think, in thirty years-you may still have factory markings. Might be worth more than the Birds. No input either as to why you do.

I just hope none of the marks say, "engine goes here" or something like that.

I had paint dots and some marks under hood and other places. I took photos of the marks and of labels on components for future restoration etc...well, I'll try keep the car pristine, anyway.
I want to remember to bring camera to dealer for oil change and photograph undercarriage marks too.

Also note, inside the front fender where the door opens and you can see inside of fender, shows primer/undercoat. this kind of stuff is big in restoration circles indicating how car was assembled prior to paint. In restoration, front fenders typically come off and get painted inside and out, for example.
