Wow, how crazy would that be.

Looks like the wheels lifted it up, and the rotation of the engine was trying to twist it over (how's it looks like it's on the one rear driver side wheel with the appearance that the passenger side rear wheel is off the ground).

Can't do that with a Hybrid :D

Reminds me of the old HEMI Under Glass Wheel-Standers.

LOL! Good find, thanks for posting it. I would think that would do a real number on the front suspension as well. I think that car would benefit from AWD if it had been an option. Oh well, still fun to see regardless.

the car says on it 1964, so if that is true I would say no.

That car is not from 1964. That is a 69' Barracuda.

From the lack of side marker lights, I'd say it was a '67.

RE: Cool Pic

I don't think that number is a year. It's definitely NOT a '64 Barracuda, which was one of the ugliest cars ever built with it fishbowl rear window.

I know it isn't a 1964 Barrcuda, that car stands out in a crowd and not in a good way, the thing that confuses me though is if it is a 1967 Cuda, then why does it have 1964 listed on the windows? Is it some kind of special meeting or is it by coincidence that it got a racing number that one would think was a year.

I think it's just a coincidence. Sometimes, we all try to read too much into stuff. :D

Hey, lay off the 64-66 Barracuda. They may not have been the beautiful E-Body’s, but every car had a humble beginning.

I still don't think that is a 67, in 67 it was still more of a fastback look, the back window went back a lot farther. in 69 they moved away from the fast back look and the deck lid increased in size.

I'd almost guarantee that is a 69. I'm at work so I can't look it up though.

RLSH, I'd say it's just dumb luck that the racing number is 1964

You're probably right about that.

66Cuda, I apologize. I didn't mean to offend you.

Lack of side markers would indicate '67. Plymouth Barracudas shared body style in years 1967 through 1969. This example is just the notchback version... not the fastback. Fastback and notchback versions were available all three model years. Major body change to e-body in 1970 marked the begining of the short deck.

I'll have to look into this, I can't ever remember seeing a 67 notchback and I have seen a lot of A-body Cuda's having owned one. Not saying your wrong, I'm just not sure.

RLSH, no offence taken.

From allpar.com:

For 1967 the Barracuda was completely redesigned, and no longer shared any sheet metal with the Valiant. A coupe and convertible were added to the line.
