Very interesting body line similiar to the Challenger but it drops over the front and rear tires accenting the wheels/tires. If you had wider tires, it would looker cooler
and make it look mean.

No the drop over the body would come out wider as the tire became wider but certainly not protrude.

I get what you're saying now. Flare the body out with wider tires making the overall body wider right? It'd be a good looking ride for sure.

Thought it definately followed the '71 GTX line... the way the fenders flared included.

i dont like it, just because the GTX name was not involved with the challenger...then again, there was the GTX ram...:eek:

Overall, I think it does look cool, but unfortunately it is what it is, a thought.

That's another one of Doug Schramm's concept drawings... personally, I love it, but then again, I once owned a 71 GTX, so I have an inherent fondness for that body style. I also think some automaker needs to give Schramm a design job- his concepts top most anything coming from the current automakers out there!

I am the original owner of a 1971 GTX. This would look excellent parked beside it in my garage.
