RE: Dealer Selling Dodge Charger SRT-6
Lol, it doesn't even have the 3.5.
Thinking about this though maybe with the crazy gas prices a supercharged V6 challenger maybe badged as an srt-6 could be a good idea. Then again they probably shouldn't throw around the srt badge. Of course who says they can have an srt caliber and not an srt v6 challenger? |
RE: Dealer Selling Dodge Charger SRT-6
Scott McCorkle's Liberty Dodge in Charlotte, NC is officially the dumbest dealer now! Sheesh man.. what is this cat think he's doing?[&:]

RE: Dealer Selling Dodge Charger SRT-6
Man what an idiot, at least put a exhaust and an intake on it.
|
RE: Dealer Selling Dodge Charger SRT-6
wonder if the dealer did this or the person who owned it before.
|
RE: Dealer Selling Dodge Charger SRT-6
Sounds like a special "dealer edition"... just add wheels, a badge or two and $$$ to the sticker... [:'(] yeah... right... |
RE: Dealer Selling Dodge Charger SRT-6
That has to be the most retarted thing i've seen in my life.

RE: Dealer Selling Dodge Charger SRT-6
Haha I see bidding ended for it at $15,600 but the reserve wasn't met. Had it sold for 15,600 it wouldn't have been a bad deal but if the dealer is expecting to get more than 20k for that thing he's dreaming.

Obviously a wanna be PT Barnum looking for the one born that minute....glad he didn't find one.
Now if it had neon lights under it....sign me up! ;) |
RE: Dealer Selling Dodge Charger SRT-6
The Charger forums are freaking out over this. They are calling it dealer fraud and have reported it to Dodge and E-bay. (The car is reportably 1 of 7). :D
It is just wrong for a dealer to try to move his inventory of 2.7L Chargers by slapping a Crossfire SRT-6 badge on a stock car and calling it "limited production." By doing this it cheapens the SRT brand and makes some unsuspecting buyer pay top dollar for a base model. |
RE: Dealer Selling Dodge Charger SRT-6
that is good to hear hopefully dodge will do something about it

RE: Dealer Selling Dodge Charger SRT-6
More than 20,000 is insane, my father has his 2007 Subline Daytona charger on Ebay right now for 28,000 and it has 2900 miles.. Never been washed!! This guy is nuts. This guy is nuts.

RE: Dealer Selling Dodge Charger SRT-6
Can you imagine the joy someday when a ricer blows the doors off this SRT and brags to his friends about it? Then all of them will want to take on the Challenger SRTs. That's when it is "back to school time!" :D

RE: Dealer Selling Dodge Charger SRT-6
I can see the advertisement now SRT-6 Charger 0-60 sometime next week:D 1/4 mile in next millinium;)
|
RE: Dealer Selling Dodge Charger SRT-6
The really scary part about this whole thing is the people that get duped into thinking they're getting a real SRT also vote and reproduce... [sm=yikesomg.gif]
