Lightning GT

I hope you guys don't mind that I occasionally fill you in on articles I've written or test drives I've done. But I've added the LIGHTNING GT to the site. If you're interested, please check it out and feel free to nav. around a bit and let me know what you think.

That's a cool car. I was almost ready to ditch my Challenger order and get one, till I saw the expected $300,000 price tag. ;)

i don't know about giving up my challenger order, but if it wasn't for the large price tag, that would be a tempting car to purchase.

Nice car, but no real stats. At 300K she better do some cool tricks.

I want the Tesla raodster at a thrid that cost. Electric, with a 0-60 at like 3.9 seconds. 200+ miles per charge and you can plug it in to any wall socket. The 2009 is supposed to recharge to 3/4 full in 20 minutes. At 100K you pay that 6 months prior to build. For a rush build you spend another 60-75K... By rush, it means you get it in about half the time. The 08's were paid for 1 year prior to build.

here is a link to Jays Garage and his Tesla review.

Nice car but not worth dumping "CRUSH". Unlike most I really waited 35 years for this car so it will be in garage when this old soldier goes to Arlington National Cemetery.

I'm kinda tempted to do like a person in San Antonio did back in the 1970s: They were buried inside their Ferrari, which was encased in cement to prevent theft. ;)
