Obama Orders Chevy, Dodge Out Of NASCAR

Our highly esteemed colleagues at Car and Driver are reporting this morning that President Obama has ordered GM and Dodge to cut all sponsorship of NASCAR effective immediately, deeming it an "unnecessary expenditure."

(*Check your Calendar before responding....although it wouldn't surprise me if it were true!)

 

I can't say what I want to say...

 

That doesn't surprise me one bit.....it is 1 April, don't you guys know an April Fools joke when you see one...Car and Driver even said they went too far with this one cause it got so many stirred up...

 

Lol thats cute. Just one set of decals to put on the cookie cutter cars. Oh yeah there is a Toyota too. So 2 sets of decals to put on the cookie cutter cars.

 

Not even Obama would be dumb enough to mess with the national passtime of the "Redneck Nation"...wait, with all that's been happening...maybe I could be wrong afterall.....

 

He for sure isn't a good O Boy.

 

I have been a fan for a long time, since late 80's. Its not the same and in my opinion, they are all thje same. I dont even know why GM sponsors them. Its only an engine by GM, Chrysler or Toyota, and that sure aint the engine we would be getting.

 

The Government is doing this kind of stuff with a few other areas as the Government only seems to understand the value of marketing when they are running for office, the rest of the time they seem to forget about it. Don't hold ANYTHING over power hungry people who run the Government, they've already surprised me a number of times on doing things I thought they would never do.
